CARMIX 3500TC

The Carmix 3500TC is known for its versatility and the ideal balance between a concrete yield of 3.5m³ per batch and impressive hourly productivity.

Featuring a 300° slewing drum with a capacity of 4,850 litres, it is equipped with double mixing screws. The drum's rotation is managed by a hydraulic motor, which effectively regulates both the mixing and discharging speeds.

The loading arm of the Carmix 3500TC comes with a self-articulated, hydraulically operated 600-litre shovel that includes an opening gate, ensuring precise loading of aggregates and cement. Furthermore, it has two 400-litre tanks paired with a water pump that can deliver 400 litres per minute, facilitating efficient water addition to the drum during batching.

With an operational speed ranging from 0 to 10 km/h and a road transfer speed of up to 30 km/h, the Carmix 3500TC can tackle gradients of up to 30° when fully loaded.

The innovative "Load Cell" electronic weighing system is available for the Carmix 3500TC, allowing for precise control and monitoring of concrete production and ensuring high-quality output. This system consists of four Load Cells positioned under the drum, along with a Concrete-Mate computer display and printer.

An additional option for a complete Batch Plant includes the NEW Promix: an in-drum probe that conveniently allows monitoring of concrete characteristics such as slump, volume, temperature, humidity, and a ready-mix indicator—your on-site lab!
