“Concrete solutions for remote and difficult access projects”

The Carmix line of Self Batching units is designed to cater to both small and large daily concrete quantity requirements.

Carmix is recognized as a global leader in all terrain batching plants, particularly focused on remote areas. They are the top-ranking Italian manufacturer, boasting reliable and durable units developed from over 40 years of experience.

Since 2018, Pilecom Equipment has been steadily advancing the introduction and support of the self mix concept in Australia.

Serving as the official agent for Carmix in Australia, Pilecom Equipment stocks units and spare parts at the Somersby warehouse in NSW.

What is Pile Integrity Testing?

Pile integrity testing is used to assess the condition and quality of foundation piles after installation.

The test works by applying a small impact to the pile head and measuring how stress waves travel through the structure. These signals are analysed to identify potential defects such as cracks, voids or changes in cross-section.

Pile integrity testing is a non-destructive method, allowing piles to be tested quickly on site without causing damage.

It is widely used on construction projects to verify that piles have been installed correctly and meet design requirements.

What is a Hydraulic Pile Driver?

Hydraulic pile drivers are designed to install steel posts and foundation piles quickly and accurately across a wide range of ground conditions.

Mounted to excavators or dedicated carriers, these machines use hydraulic power to drive piles efficiently while maintaining alignment and installation consistency.

Orteco systems are widely used on projects requiring high productivity and reliable installation performance.

Typical applications:

• Solar farm construction
• Fencing and barrier installation
• Infrastructure projects
• Vineyard installation
• Foundation works
